    Answer: 1. First ensure the RS485 cable between Router and Smart Power Strip are properly connected. 2. Second, please login Router's web GUI to check Router's Firmware version. There is known compatibility issue with newer Router Fimware version. If you notice Router FW version is not in bellow compatible list, please upgrade/downgrade it to the right version.
