ASSEMBLY Make sure ON/OFF Switch is in the OFF position before plugging product into a power outlet. CAUTION: This oven is designed to be used with 220-240V outlets only. If you using an extension cord, make sure that its marked electrical rating is at least as the appliance’s electrical rating (1800W).

ASSEMBLY Make sure cable doesn’t run under the appliance or drape over the edge of the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on or tripped over. Do not use outlet below countertop surface. Place the water tray under the door to catch any condensation water from frozen items when the door is opened.

ASSEMBLY Take the pizza stone out of its packaging and slide it into the oven carefully. CAUTION: This oven comes with two temperature sensors on the side wall and the bottom of the oven’s cavity. Avoid hitting the temperature sensors when sliding the pizza stone into the oven.

ASSEMBLY Turn on the ON/OFF Switch on the side. The Power Icon light will be on and will enter Standby Mode. Touch the Power Icon to activate Preset Mode Display from quitting the Standby Mode. Pizza Chef Electric...
SEASONING YOUR OVEN NOTE: Before your first cook, we recommend running the oven for 20 minutes to season it. 1. Clockwise rotate the Temperature Knob till the temperature dial to 450°C and press knob to start heating. 2. As the same time rotate the Timer Knob to 20 minutes and press to count down. 3.
TEMPERATURE KNOB 1. Clockwise rotate the Temperature Knob to select the Preset Mode you want. 2. Press down Temperature Knob to confirm your choice. Then the oven will be heating up. 3. In Manual Mode, keep rotating to select your ideal target temperature. Clockwise to increase the target temperature.

HOW TO READ THE TEMPERATURE 1. Temperature Icon and Current Temperature will flash during heat up. 2. Target Temperature solid alone as Scale or Figure. 3. The flashing figure shows Current Temperature. 4. Behind Current Temperature, solid scales and figures show the progress to Target Temperature during heating up.
POWER KNOB The Power Knob in the middle shifts power between the top heat elements of air and the bottom heat elements of stone. You can use it to find a better topping and base balance for your cooking. Clockwise rotate the Power Knob to increase more power with bottom heat element for Stone Temperature and less with top heat element.
OFF-DELAY FUNCTION NOTE: This function is linked with Timer function. 1. Press and hold Timer Knob for 3 second to activate OFF-DELAY function. The Red Power Icon nears Timer Icon will be on. 2. When timer countdown complete, the oven will quit current Mode and turn back into Standby Mode.

TROUBLE SHOOTING Problem Likely Cause Solution Uncooked pizza Not enough flour Be sure to add enough flour on baking mat so the dough sticks to peel on bottom; pizza moves freely before adding any toppings. Add more flour to sat too long on base if it doesn’t slide around.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE PIZZA STONE 1. Allow the pizza stone to cool completely before cleaning. 2. DO NOT use the pizza stone over an open flame. 3. DO NOT cool the stone with water or use it when damp. 4. DO NOT place frozen foods onto the stone if using temperatures in excess of 150°C.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE GLASS DOOR 1. DO NOT lay cooking utensils, pans or dishes on the glass door. 2. Wait until oven is completely cool before cleaning the glass door. 3. You can remove grease using dry paper towels or a dry cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use warm, soapy water.
