READ BEFORE ASSEMBLY ● Accessible parts of the pizza oven become very hot during use. Keep children and others who need supervision at a safe distance. ● The pizza oven is intended for outdoor use only in well-ventilated areas. ● Leak tests (see page 11) must always be carried out before the pizza oven is used and when replacing the gas cylinder. -

If the appliance is damaged during transport, do not start using it before contacting your dealer or support@fccproducts.no. Transport damage to parts, varnish or pizza stone must be reported to the dealer or FCC Products before using the appliance. If damage is reported after, there is a possibility that damage may have occurred during incorrect use. -

Before assembly, make sure all parts are present. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the appliance. Contact customer service for replacement parts. If the hose is too tight to thread onto the gas nipple, use soap at the tip of the hose. Never use flammable liquids. Alternatively, dip the tip of the hose in boiling water, and the hose will expand. Pizza Chef... -
Page 11: Gas Leak Test
If detected leakage cannot be rectified, do not attempt to cure leakage but consult your dealer or FCC Products at support@fccproducts.no for help in solving the problem. Leak test must be done regularly and every time the gas cylinder, regulator or hose is replaced. -

• Store your oven indoors when not in use and in the event of bad weather such as heavy rain, snow or strong winds. We recommend storing Pizza Chef in a dry place. • Do not store the pizza pven in direct sunlight, as parts of the oven in stainless steel or smooth surfaces can reflect the sun’s rays and cause a fire. -

NEVER PUT YOUR FACE CLOSE TO THE OVEN WHILE LIGHTING! GAS INSIDE CAN IGNITE, CAUSING BURNS TO SKIN, HAIR AND CLOTHES. LIGHTING THE PIZZA CHEF Check the switch is in the “OFF” position. Open the gas supply from the gas bottle using the regulator. -

Regulators and gas hoses are sold separately and must comply with national regulations. • We recommend the use of FCC original covers for the best possible protection against rain, pollen and pollution. Remember that the oven must be completely dry and cold before applying the cover. -

MAINTENANCE CLEANING • All cleaning and maintenance must be done when the oven is completely cold. • Check that the gas is turned off, and the regulator disconnected from the gas bottle. • Use a mixture of washing up liquid and water, or use a suitable grill cleaner with a nylon scrubbing brush/scouring sponge to clean the outside. -
