MACHINE SCREW Installation NOTE: Shut off all power sources to the FLEXmax 80 before replacing the fan. 1. Remove the machine screw that secures the fan cover. 2. Press in the sides of the fan cover to release the tabs and pull up on the cover.

4. With the cover removed, carefully remove the plug from its jack. 5. Remove the four corner screws that secure the fan. 6. Remove the fan from the FLEXmax 80. NOTE: Be careful not to drop any screws into the FLEXmax 80 after removing the fan.

SIDE OF THE FAN Reinstallation 1. Plug the replacement fan into the electrical jack. NOTE: The fan must blow out from the FLEXmax 80 and should be installed so the directional arrow on its side points away from the insulator.
