Hatco’s Salamanders are specially-designed for cooking, the following signal word panels: grilling, reheating, and keeping foods hot. Their unparalleled startup speed is a direct result of Hatco’s “instant on” heating elements located in the upper housing of each salamander. WARNING The three independently-controlled heating elements provide for the benefits of flexibility and energy conservation. -
