UNBOXING Important Notes for Unboxing - Avoid using a blade to open the box to prevent damage to the product. - It’s highly recommended to have at least two people handle the product carefully. - To prevent scratches, place the cassette and material on a clean, soft surface. HOUSING INSTALLATION Use a drill with the appropriate bit size to pre-drill holes, considering the type of surface where the unit will be installed. NOTE: Drill holes through the cassette to accommodate the power cord, and use the grommet to protect the cable from damage. - Page 8 HOUSING INSTALLATION Position the back part of the housing at the desired location. MATERIAL ROLL INSTALLATION To make this step easier, use a sawhorse or any object to support the weight bar of the shade while you proceed with the installation. Manage the cable through the rubber grommet. Attach the motor head to the motor bracket and secure it using the provided clip. - Page 10 MATERIAL ROLL INSTALLATION Insert the Idler into its bracket and secure it with the provided pin. TRACK INSTALLATION Measuring and Cutting Tracks: a. Measure the distance from the ground surface to the bottom of the cassette. b. Based on that measurement, cut the tracks to be 1/4” shorter. c. Carefully slide the wheel system into the tracks at a slight angle. Ensure the wheels are correctly positioned and properly aligned with the track for smooth operation.
