SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Read all instructions before assembly and use of the cot. Keep instructions for future use. WARNING ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED: DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF SMALL PARTS DURING ASSEMBLY, KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN UNTIL ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETE. - Page 6 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS It is advisable that two people assemble the cot in the room in which it is to be used. As small parts are involved in assembly, children should be kept clear of the assembly area. Dispose of all packaging material immediately after the cot is assembled. Identify all parts and components.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Cot continued... Attach 2 x Latch Shafts into the threaded holes at both ends of the Mattress Base. Place and hold Mattress Base inside the Cot. WARNING MATTRESS BASE ‘THIS SIDE UP’ LABEL MUST BE FACING UPWARD WHEN MATTRESS BASE IS INSTALLED Align the 2 x Latch Shafts on the Mattress Base with the higher holes on the inside of the...
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Cot continued... Tighten all 8 x Cot Assembly Bolts and 2 x Mattress Base Bolts until fully secure. Place Cot down on a Side Panel. Insert 4 x Castors into Cot feet until secure. Stand Cot upright.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Mattress Base Heights... Mattress Base in High Position The base height is set for when your baby is young and cannot sit up unaided. Mattress Base in Low Position This is the normal position for an active baby who can sit up unaided. PLEASE NOTE: The cot comes with filling bolts already located in the lower holes of the end panels.
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To adjust Mattress Base Height continued... Remove the Side Panel of the Cot which corresponds with the Mattress Base Latch Shafts. (This can be identified by the side of the End Panel that has the Latch holes). Whilst holding the Mattress Base, carefully disconnect Mattress Base away from the End Panels and allow End Panels to Fold.
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To adjust Mattress Base Height continued... Carefully stand Cot upright. Re-attach Side Panel to End Panels using 4 x 35mm Cot Bolts. 10a. Re-attach 6 x Filler Bolts to the higher Mattress Base position holes. 11a. Place Mattress inside the Cot.
- Page 12 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To Fold Cot... Remove Mattress from Cot. Remove 2 x 45mm Mattress Base Bolts. Slowly and carefully lift side of Mattress Base and rotate to the fully upright position. NOTE: Please take care when performing this step, to ensure Mattress Base does not scrape or damage the End Panels.
- Page 13 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To Re-use Cot... Push Cot Sides and Ends outward until the Cot shape is correctly formed. Carefully lower the Mattress Base down and into position. NOTE: Please take care when performing this step, to ensure Mattress Base does not scrape or damage the End Panels.
