- Page 2 Disassembly ● Four Door Model Only: Remove (3) push clips and (2) T30 screws from cover below drivers seat and then remove from vehicle. ● Four Door Model Only: Remove (1) speed clip and (1) T30 screw from floor and this screw will be used later.
- Page 3 Disassembly ● Remove passenger side battery cover by 1/4 turning the release clips. ● Four Door Model Only: Remove (3) push pins on rear passenger side rear center console. Then remove from vehicle. ● Four Door Model Only: Remove (3) push pins on rear passenger side front center console.
- Page 4 Disassembly ● Two Door Model Only: Install enclosure brackets as shown with supplied M6 x 10mm Allen Head screws using a 4mm Allen driver. ● Four Door Model Only: Install enclosure brackets as shown with supplied M6 x 10mm Allen Head screws using a 4mm Allen driver.
- Page 5 Assembly ● On driver side top bracket loosely install the M8 x 20 Hex Head bolt and nut. ● On Four Door Model loosely install (1) OEM T30 screw previously removed. ● On Two Door Model loosely install (2) OEM T30 screw previously removed.
- Page 6 Assembly ● Connect the signal and remote wire to the sub enclosure. Then route up driver side B-Pillar. ● Mount the 200mm wire guide to the B-Pillar and pass the signal and remote wire through the channel. ● Connect the signal and remote harness to the MBQD-STG4A-1 visor.

Installation ● Install the 150mm wire guide on the center hump like pictured. Then pass the power harness through the channel ● Drill a 1/2” hole in the front passenger side center console behind the heatshield like pictured. ● Install grommet in hole and then pass power and ground wire through grommet. - Page 8 Installation ● Four Door Model Only: Install passenger front center console and secure with (3) push pins. ● Four Door Model Only: Secure the power and ground wires along the OEM wiring with the supplied zip ties. ● Four Door Model Only: Reinstall rear passenger center console and secure with (3) push pins previously removed.
- Page 9 Installation ● Two Door Model Only: Drill a 1/2” hole on the battery cover. Then install provided grommet and pass power and ground wire through. ● Crimp provided ring terminal onto the ground wire. Using a heatgun or lighter shrink the terminal covering onto the wire.
