BEFORE OPERATION.

• Use mount only for intended use, as described in this instruction manual.

• Close supervision is necessary when appliance is used by or near children.
• DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after the appliance malfunctions or has been
dropped or damaged in any manner.
• This product is intended for residential use only.
• DO NOT operate mount in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
• DO NOT place mount or any parts near an open flame, cooking or any other heating appliances.
USER SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
• Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
• Plug product directly into outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
• Product is indoor, damp, and wet rated.
• Suitable for use in damp or wet locations when plugged into a GFCI protected branch circuit.
• Use a wet rated outlet cover when plugging unit in a wet location.
• This product is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, always adhere to the location-specific
instructions provided with your ceiling fan.
NOTICE
• Always purchase the correct size and grade
of battery most suitable for the intended use.
• Clean the battery contacts and also those of
the device prior to battery installation.
• Remove and immediately recycle or
dispose of used batteries according to local
regulations and keep away from children. Do
NOT dispose of batteries in household trash
or incinerate.
• Even used batteries may cause severe injury
or death.
• Call a local poison control center for
treatment information.
• Compatible battery type is CR2032, 3 V
• Ensure the batteries are installed correctly
with regard to polarity (+ and -).
• Do not mix old and new batteries, different
brands or types of batteries, such as
alkaline, carbon-zinc, or rechargeable
batteries
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be
recharged. Exhausted batteries are to be
removed from the product.
• Do not force discharge, recharge,
disassemble, heat above (manufacturer's
specified temperature rating) or incinerate.
Doing so may result in injury due to venting,
leakage or explosion resulting in chemical
burns.
• Remove and immediately recycle or dispose
of batteries from equipment not used for an
extended period of time according to local
regulations.
• Always completely secure the battery
compartment. If the battery compartment
does not close securely, stop using the
product, remove the batteries, and keep
them away from children.
