    Overview Overview of the VG-800 The VG-800 is a modeling processor that’s compatible with serial GK-type divided pickups (GK-5/GK-5B: sold separately). INST (instrument) block This is a sound generator that plays sounds based on the performance data from the divided pickup or from the input sound of a guitar/bass guitar.

    Overview What is “serial GK”? Serial GK is a technology for transmitting divided pickup signals to/from a compatible device. * A dedicated serial GK cable is required for this. The divided pickup signal that’s input to the GK IN jack of the first unit is sent to the GK IN jack of the second unit. You can also send the sounds you created using the first unit (stereo output) to the second unit.
