Assembly Steps 6055-4012 Step1 - Frame Assembly (1). Place the Boards on a clean surface. Flip the Boards over and peel off the protec�ve film on top. Board x6 Front Fixing Bar x3 Back Fixing Bar x3 Connec�ng Bar x3 Bracket x4 Expansion Bolts Screws... - Page 6 (3). Insert the Front Fixing Bar and the Back Fixing Bar into the side of the Board #A. (5). Insert the other Bracket into the hole. Strike the back sides of the Bracket with a wooden hammer un�l the gaps disappear. (4).
- Page 7 Step2 - Moun�ng to the wall Assemble in Larger Sizes (1). Referring to the following distances, measure the distance between the bracket fixing holes from the Step1 - A�er installing an 4040 canopy centre of the screw holes on the le� and right brackets: 38" (4040 series) / 76" (4080 series) / 114" (4012 series). Distance between upper and lower screw holes: 7.3".
- Page 8 Step2 - A�er installing an 4080 canopy (3). The holes of the Bracket in the middle of the two awning needs to be fixed with screw #I. (1). If you need to asseble the canopy in larger sizes (4012 or more), you can follow the previous steps above to assemble the remaining parts.
