Power down the timeclock Important: Before you open the timeclock, collect the data from it using the host application. For more information, see the host application online help. 1. Use the security wrench to remove the top screw, and then loosen the security screws on the sides of the timeclock.

Replace the microSD card Important: You must completely power down the timeclock before replacing the microSD card. 1. There is a small arc inscribed on the microSD card. It might be partially covered by a barcode label. Use your fingernail or small screwdriver to grasp the old microSD card and slide it out from the connector. 5. Access maintenance mode on the timeclock. Reconfigure the IP address and device ID, and then initialize the timeclock. For more information, see the host application system administrator guide and the InTouch 9100 User Guide (the section about initial setup).
