About notifications
You can receive an eBay® notification in the messages application on your BlackBerry® device when you are outbid on an item, when an auction
that contains a watched item is ending soon, when you win a bid on an item in an auction, when you lose a bid on an item in an auction, when
you sell an item, and when the auction for an item you are selling ends.
Send a message to a seller
1.
When viewing an item, click Contact Seller.
2. Click Select Question Type.
3. Click a question type.
4. Type a message.
5. Click Send.
View a message
1.
On the My eBay screen, click Member Messages.
2. Click a message.
Reply to a message
You can reply to a message when a user asks you a question about an item you are selling.
1.
On the My eBay screen, click Member Messages.
2. Click a message.
3. Click Reply.
4. Type a message.
5. Click Send.
Stop receiving eBay notifications
By default, you receive a notification when you are outbid, when an auction that contains a watched item is ending soon, when you win a bid
on an item in an auction, and when you lose a bid on an item in an auction.
