Users wiith BlackBerry Device Software 6.0 had an Instant Messaging option in the menu of the Contacts application for
contacts that were not linked with any instant messaging clients. (DT 628113)
Users sometimes could not show the keyboard when opening a chat session from the message list. (DT 617164)
When a user's status changed to Away due to inactivity, sometimes the status did not automatically update when the user

When a user opened a password protected file, the Opening file(s). Please wait... window appeared on top of the password

The contact status message did not display when highlighting a user with a long status message. (DT 501973)
When a user set a custom status message on the device, it appeared differently on the user's device and in other user's contact

In Italian, no ellipsis appeared at the end of the Logging in message. (DT 417774)
