    Users with BlackBerry Device Software 6.0, users could link a contact in the Contacts application more than once, which resulted in multiple instances of the instant message option showing in the menu. (DT 628165) When adding a contact, users with BlackBerry Device Software 6.0 were not prompted to link the contact to with the Contacts application. (DT 628136)
  • Page 5 Release Notes Fixed issues Users wiith BlackBerry Device Software 6.0 had an Instant Messaging option in the menu of the Contacts application for contacts that were not linked with any instant messaging clients. (DT 628113) Users sometimes could not show the keyboard when opening a chat session from the message list. (DT 617164) When a user's status changed to Away due to inactivity, sometimes the status did not automatically update when the user started using the device again.

    Release Notes Known issues Known issues If a user adds multiple emoticons into a message without spaces in between, emoticons show up in the chat as plain text. (DT 611063) When a user adds a public group, occasionally the user count shown beside the public group name is inaccurate. (DT 530618) Workaround: Users can log out and log in again to display the correct user count.
