NO GPS OR NETWORK CONNECTION?
If the red lights on top (1 + 2) persist, try restarting the
app and resetting the tracker:
1. Hold the power button down for 10 seconds.
2. Release the power button. The LED will light up for 2
seconds and you will hear a high-pitched tone, this
means your tracker has been successfully reset.
3. Once reset, give the tracker around 10 minutes to
connect to local cell networks and determine
accurate GPS positions.
4. Try a short test walk outside with the tracker in hand
and LIVE tracking activated.
