CABINET DISASSEMBLY
Pull out the power cord plug and adaptor plug from the unit.
Take out the cassette tape from the cassette compartment and
four batteries from the battery compartment.
Remove the volume, tone and mic-volume control knobs and
tuning knob.
Remove five screws retaining the cabinet back and lightly open it.
Disconnect the tip connected to the rod antenna and remove
cabinet back.
Remove 5 screws (red) retaining the mechanism chassis block.
Remove 3 screws (red) retaining the tuner block.
Remove 2 screws (red) retaining the switch block.
Remove 2 screws retaining the control block.
Remove 2 screws retaining the built-in microphone.
Unsolder the lead wires connected to the speaker and battery
terminal.
Now, the cabinet front is ready for removal.
