Note!
During kneading, the dough temperature is 40±5°C.
Upon completion:
● Rotate the gear adjustment knob to '0' and
unplug the machine.
● Turn the head-knob (13) clockwise with your
right hand while holding the head-up (12) with
your left. Lift the head until it stops, then slowly
release the knob to reset it.
Remove the bowl (1) and attachments by rotating
the bowl clockwise, then remove the attachments
and bowl lid.
