How to
Use a short press on your hearing aid
button or slide to answer on the iPhone/
iPad
Press and hold your hearing aid button
for a few seconds to end the call.
Alternatively, hang up
by tapping the red button on
your screen
If you are on a call and you have a
second call incoming, decline it by using
the long press on your hearing aid
button or tap 'Decline' on the iPhone or
iPad screen
Use the up and down volume
buttons on the iPhone or iPad
Triple click the iPhone push button to
access the iOS hearing aid
settings (you can also get access
via the Control Centre). Select 'Input
Options' then 'Off'
