Your new danalogic Extend hearing aids, our first
NHS range to incorporate the brand-new Bluetooth®
Low Energy Audio protocol
Bluetooth LE Audio was developed in collaboration with the Consumer
Electronics industry and hearing aid manufacturers. Bluetooth LE Audio is
optimized for low power, consumption, high audio quality, and very low
latency. With Bluetooth LE Audio, it will be possible to establish direct
connections from the Television, laptop or other Bluetooth 5.3 compatible
devices, to hearing aids. danalogic extend has this new protocol built in as
default and can also be connected to Auracast broadcast streams. Meaning
this is a truly future proofed solution for your patients in terms
of connectivity.
All without needing an intermediate device to connect the units. Thanks to
Bluetooth Low Energy technology, you can stream all day while preserving
battery life.
