    Assembly Steps  Step 1: Handlebar Loosen the four screws on the front of the stem. Hold the handlebar in the middle of the joint, tighten the four scr- ews. Adjusting the handlebar and tig- hten the two screws on the rear of the stem.
  • Page 11 Step 2: Display Remove fork protective cover and take out plastic insert from front wheel brake caliper. Attach the display to the hand- lebar and tighten the screws. Finally connect the display wires. Step 3: Fender & Headlight Place the fender and headlight in the right position.
  • Page 12 Step 4: Front Wheel Insert the front Axle into the front wheel. Carefully lift the front of the bike and lower the fork onto the wheel so that the brake rotor enters the caliper, betw- een the brake pads, and the axle enters the fork dropouts fully.
  • Page 13 Step 5: Pedals Install the left and right pedals. "L" means to the left pedal and "R" means to the right pedal. Twist to the left when instal- ling the left side and twist to the right when installing the right one.
  • Page 14 Step 7: Battery Insert the key and fix the bat- tery. Pay attention to the con- sistency between the number on the key and the number on the battery. Press the red switch to activate the battery. "I" is ON state, "O" is OFF state.

    Operating Safety 1. This E-bike will power off when braking. It ensures the safety of riding. 2. Don’t ride exceed the speed limit set by the local traffic laws. Comply with the CLASS 1 maximum speed limit: 20MPH. 3. Always wear a helmet that meets the standards and make sure to have the necessary protection to ensure safety when riding the E-bike.

    Q: What if the battery cannot be charged, and the display shows an abnormal battery power? A: Use a multimeter to test the battery voltage. Check if the charger indicator is normal. (Red light means charging, green light means fully charged) If the battery case is damaged, stop using the battery and contact us.
