Assembly Steps Step 1: Handlebar Use the Allen wrench to unscrew the four screws on the face plate. Center the handlebar and tighten the four handlebar stem face- plate bolts evenly and part way. Adjust the handlebar to a po- sition perpendicular to the front wheel and tighten the screws on the stem. - Page 11 Step 3: Front Wheel Remove fork protective cover and take out plastic insert from front wheel brake caliper.
