Assembly Steps Step 1: Handlebar 1. Push the clamp to lock the frame solidly. 2. Make sure the frame is tight. Step 2: Riser 1. Open the folding riser. - Page 11 2. Align the front stand tube. 3. Push the front stand tube in. 4. Back up the folding riser. 5. Fix the folding riser.
