Preface Thank you for purchasing our PG interface card "OPC-CP-PG3." This instruction manual does not contain the description of function codes, troubleshooting information, or handling instructions of the inverter. Read through this manual in conjunction with the Instruction Manual and User's Manual to become familiar with proper handling and operation.

(2) If the environment does not satisfy the specified requirements listed in Table 1.4.1-1, wrap OPC-CP-PG3 in an airtight vinyl sheet or the like for storage. (3) If OPC-CP-PG3 is to be stored in a high-humidity environment, put a drying agent (such as silica gel) in the airtight package. 1.4.2 Long term storage The long-term storage method of OPC-CP-PG3 varies largely according to the environment of the storage site.
• Incorrect handling in installation/removal jobs could result in a broken produce. • Before installing or removing the OPC-CP-PG3, shut down the input power to the inverter and make sure that the LED monitor and charging lamp are turned OFF. Even if all of the input power to the main circuit and control circuit and the auxiliary power are shut down, however, power is still applied to the inverter control terminals 30A, 30B, and 30C when the external control circuit is supplied with power from a separate power supply.

2.5 Description of terminal functions Table 2.5-1 shows the description of terminal functions. For specifications of terminal functions and function codes not listed in this section, refer to the inverter's product specifications or user's manual. If there is an output error at the FM1 and FM2 terminals, adjust the setting values of function codes F30 (FM1 output gain), F59 (FM1 output bias), F34 (FM2 output gain), and F63 (FM2 output bias).
