    Start. Using PC control: 5. Start the Ossila Sheet Resistance Lite software. The window shown in Figure 7.3 will open. 6. Set the appropriate settings in the software (explained in more detail in Section 7.3).

    Four-Point Probe Error Messages and Warnings 9.2.1 Four-Point Probe Plus If any errors occur during a measurement using the built-in controller, the measurement will stop, output voltage/current will be set to 0, and an error message will be displayed.
