1 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The multimeter meets the standards of IEC61010-1.

Read this operating manual carefully before using the mul-
timeter.

Do not input values above range.

Voltages below 36V are safe. To avoid electric shock,
check whether the test leads connection is correct and in-
sulation is not faulty when measuring above 36V DCV or
25V ACV. When input is above 24V ACV or DCV, the
warning symbol for high voltage will show in the display.

Use only safety connecting cords.

Remove the test leads when changing measurement func-
tion and range.

To select correct function and range, beware of erroneous
operation.

Do not operate the multimeter in case the battery and
back covers are not fastened.

Do not input voltage when measuring resistance, capaci-
tance, diode, continuity test.

Remove the test leads from the test points and turn off the
power before replacing battery and fuses.
