Fuel tank inspection and repair

The fuel tank is located in front of the seat, when opening the outer fuel
tank cover, make sure that the engine off switch is off and the whole vehicle
must be energized to open the fuel tank cover. First, snap up the fuel tank
cover ① to open the fuel tank cover ②.
·Avoid overfilling the fuel tank so that the overflowed fuel will not
flow to the hot engine. The fuel level should not exceed the bottom
of the fuel tank opening, otherwise, the fuel will overflow when it
expands with heat and will damage the motorcycle parts.
·Turn off the engine when refueling, make sure the engine off
switch is off, and do not approach a smoldering fire.
·Do not overreach the fuel gun into the fuel tank to avoid damaging
the fuel sensor.
·Take some precautions when adding fuel, otherwise, it may cause
fire or inhalation of fuel vapors. Be in a ventilated area when
refueling. Make sure the engine is turned off, avoid fuel spills,
prohibit open flames, and make sure there are no heat or ignition
sources around. Avoid inhaling fuel vapors. Keep children and
pets away when refueling.
·Do not use high-pressure water to rinse the fuel tank cap when
washing the vehicle to avoid water entering the fuel tank.
·If the fuel tank cap is stuck and cannot be opened, press down
hard on the fuel tank cap and try to open it after the whole vehicle
is shut down and restarted.
Tool kit: The tool kit is placed in the toolbox on the right side of the
vehicle, directly remove the toolbox decorative cover to see the tool kit,
the location is shown in the figure.
