- Page 2 BCDC Alpha Mounting Bracket Universal Mounting Bracket The REDARC BCDCMB-107 Mounting Bracket is designed to install your BCDC Classic/Core* or BCDC Alpha Battery Charger close to an auxiliary battery. For maximum performance, mount your BCDC Classic/Core or BCDC Alpha in a cool airflow and away from high temperature areas.

Mounting Bracket - Part A* 6. M6 × 20 mm Pan Head Bolt Supplied with 1 bracket. Supplied with 4 bolts. 2. Centre Bracket Support — Part B* 7. M6 Nyloc Locking Nut Supplied with the Mounting Bracket. Supplied with 10 nuts.
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLE THE MOUNTING BRACKET CAUTION: Take care when working with separated Mounting Bracket parts. Sharp edges are exposed when the snap-off parts are removed. Separate the connected Mounting Bracket parts by moving the parts back and forth until the small connecting tags break. MOUNTING BRACKET LAYOUT Design a layout for your Mounting Bracket using as many of the bracket parts as needed.
- Page 6 BCDC CLASSIC/CORE BATTERY CHARGER IMPORTANT: A maximum of SIX M6 × 12 mm Pan Head Bolts and SIX M6 Nyloc Locking Nuts can be used to form your Mounting Bracket. Once happy with the layout designed, attach all required bracket parts together using the supplied M6 × 12 mm Pan Head Bolts and M6 Nyloc Locking Nuts.
- Page 7 BCDC ALPHA BATTERY CHARGER IMPORTANT: A maximum of SIX M6 Nyloc Locking Nuts and can be used to assemble and form your Mounting Bracket design. Once happy with the layout designed, attach all required bracket parts together using the supplied M6 × 12 mm Pan Head Bolts and M6 Nyloc Locking Nuts. To secure the Battery Charger to the Mounting Bracket, use the M6 × 20 mm Pan Head Bolts and remaining FOUR M6 Nyloc Locking Nuts (see Figure...

FITTING THE MOUNTING BRACKET TO VEHICLE ƒ REDARC recommend mounting the Mounting Bracket in a cool airflow location away from high temperature areas. ƒ Use appropriate fasteners to suit the assembled Mounting Bracket with Battery Charger to the vehicle in the chosen location. -
