    Do not operate your air conditioner in a wet room such as a bathroom or laundry room. Too much exposure to water can cause electrical components to short circuit. • If the air conditioner is used together with burners or other heating devices, thoroughly ventilate the room to avoid oxygen deficiency.   • Page 6 When the refrigerant sensor malfunctions, the indoor unit will display the error code “FHCC”. The refrigerant sensor can not be repaired and can only be replaced by the manufacturer. It shall only be replaced with the sensor specified by the manufacturer. DURASTAR.COM...

    Regularly inspect and clean air filters. NOTE Your Durastar air conditioner's outdoor unit is equipped with a base pan heater, allowing it to continue to operate at freezing temperatures as low as -22°F (-30°C). When outdoor air temperatures are at or below 32°F (0°C), we strongly recommend keeping the unit plugged in at all times to ensure smooth ongoing performance.

    Covered Equipment Parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of installation, under normal use and service. Durastar will, at its option, repair or replace any part determined by Durastar to be defective. Replacement parts carry the balance of the original parts warranty.
