3. SST DOCK Functions 3.1 Fresh Air Calibration, Bump, or Zero Calibration When a device is inserted into the SST Dock and the LID has been closed, the following options are going to be displayed: Fresh Air, Bump, and Calibration.
When this option is selected, the SST DOCK will perform a Bump on the device inside of it. First the SST DOCK will test the device’s alarms, then apply gas to the unit, and generate a bump certificate of the results.
3.4 Calibration When this option is selected, the SST DOCK will perform a Calibration on the device inside of it. The calibration process starts with an alarm test, followed by fresh air calibration, followed by a span calibration, and completes with the results certificate preview.
