Due to an alignment issue involving the keyboard and palm rest, for the first month or so the keyboard on this system is a
FRU. This policy affects all systems sold on or before May 1, 2006. When a keyboard or palm rest needs to be replaced on
the Latitude D620, both parts are sent.
This policy does not affect the mini card, memory, or other CRUs that might be located beneath the keyboard since the
keyboard itself is not being replaced, only removed. Those items remain CRUs.
