Section 1 Pump Troubleshooting
3. Place the piston guide back into the pump and
push firmly down until the piston guide is seated.

4. When reassembling the pump head to the drive
end, slide the pump on to the piston shafts evenly
and slowly. Do not force it.
5. Once the pump head and the drive end are seated
together reinstall the 8 bolts holding the pump head
to the drive motor. Torque the bolts to 92 in-lbs
(10.3 Nm).
