PRODUCT DIAGRAM

QUICK START GUIDE

Please refer to the product diagram on the first page.

Open the shutter door.
Insert the stick into the heater chamber .
Turn on the device by holding down the Standard mode button or Boost mode button for 3 seconds
Wait for the next vibration, the stick is now heated and ready for the session. Lift the product with the stick inserted into it and inhale gently.
When the device vibrates again, you have 10 seconds left. After the session, remove the stick, dispose of it responsibly and close the shutter door
You may also stop your session earlier by holding down either of the control buttons for 2 seconds

Before the first use, charge the device in line with the safety instructions, using the USB-C charging port

LED INDICATION

During the session, the LED indicator will be illuminated in Ice Blue (Standard mode selected) or Blue (Boost mode selected).

When the device is not connected to a charging source, it is possible to check the charge status with a short click on the Control button:

0%	<10%	11-30%	31-60%	61-100%

CLEANING

Ensure the product has been allowed to cool for a minimum of 10 minutes before cleaning.

After every 5 sessions, open the cleaning door and use a tissue to wipe away any moisture. After every 20 sessions, open both the shutter and the cleaning doors and use the brush provided to clean the heating chamber from both ends. Rinse the brush under running water and allow to dry before using it again.

Please do not interfere with the safety valve (rubber door between and ).

TROUBLESHOOTING

If glo™ heater device does not start, when Standard or Boost button is pressed and...

SIGNAL	POSSIBLE CAUSE & SOLUTION
LED indicator blinks RED 3 times and switches off	Battery charge too low Recharge the device using the recommended charger and USB-C cable.
LED indicator flashes PURPLE twice; the device buzzes once	The device is too cold. Move the device to a warmer place (15-25°C) and wait at least 15 mins.
LED indicator flashes PURPLE once; the device buzzes once	The device is too hot. Please let the device cool down after the previous session for at least 15 mins. Please use the device at the recommended ambient temperature (15-25°C)
LED indicator flashes PINK once; the device makes a long buzz	Self-check error. Reset required. Please press and hold the upper (Boost) button for 10 seconds to reset the device.
LED indicator flashes RED-PURPLE- PINK once; the device makes a long buzz	Non-recoverable error. Please call the consumer care line to get information on the next steps.
When connected to charging, LED indicator flashes BLUE-ICE BLUE- YELLOW-RED or does not respond, even when buttons are pressed	Disconnect the cable, then short press the Boost button for 3 seconds. If the issue still exists, long press the Boost button for 10 seconds to reset. If the issue occurs again, replace the cable.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read this user guide before use and keep it for future reference.

The glo™ heater device (referred as "the product") and all the accessories included in the starter kit are intended for adult use only. Keep out of the reach of children.
Children must not play with the product or any of the accessories included in the starter kit. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
The product must not be used by adults with reduced physical, sensory, mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are under supervision or have been given instructions concerning the use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
This product contains a Lithium-ion non-replaceable rechargeable battery cell. Do not attempt to replace the battery as this may lead to damage, which could cause overheating, fire, explosion and injury. Do not dispose of the battery or any component of your product in a fire.
This product should only be connected to a safety extra-low voltage (SELV) circuit using a 2A adaptor or the glo™ USB AC Adaptor (YJC010W Series). Using an adaptor with a current output lower than this will result in a slower charge time. Adhere to all safety information as detailed in the User Guide of the AC/DC adaptor that you are using.
Do not leave the product unattended whilst charging. Do not charge near flammable materials or environments such as bedding or petrol stations.
The product may take up to 2 hours to be fully charged at ambient temperature. If it does not fully charge within 6 hours discontinue use and contact the customer helpline.
Do not use if the product or USB cable show signs of damage:

A damaged or malfunctioning product may contain a damaged or defective lithium-ion battery and should be disposed of in accordance with warning 14.Do not take it onto an aeroplane.
To return a damaged or malfunctioning product, it must be shipped in accordance with applicable local transportation regulations.
Do not leave the product or any of its accessories exposed to a heat source, such as direct sunlight on a car dashboard. Do not use your glo™ device if hot to the touch.

Do not drop, crush, pierce, incinerate, or immerse the product or the USB cable in any liquid, or expose it to explosive fumes.
Do not insert any foreign objects, cigarettes, or any sticks other than sticks designed for glo™ into the product.
Do not disassemble or tamper with your glo™device or USB Cable. Any inappropriate, incorrect, or irresponsible use will void any warranty and could result in serious injury.
Use and charge the product between 15°C-25°C for optimum performance. Avoid exposing your product to ambient temperatures above 40°C or below -20°C. Do not charge below 0°C or above 40°C to prevent irreversible damage to the product or battery.
Electrical and electronic goods and batteries should not be disposed of as part of regular household waste but should be separately collected for recovery and recycling.
