MISTRAL BT ALLGEMEINE EIGENSCHAFTEN Das Gerät namens ‘‘Mistral BT“ ist eine Wandkühltheke mit negativer Temperatur zum Ausstellen und Verkaufen von verpackten Produkten im Bereich der Selbstbedienung, bei klimatischen Funktionsbedin- gungen, die zur Klasse 3 ISO 23953-2 gehören. Das Gerät ist in den Höhen 2005 und 2205 mm und in den Versionen mit 2, 3, 4, 5 Türen lieferbar (entsprechende Längen: 1562, 2343, 3124 und 3905 mm). -

Auswechseln der Lampen Auswechseln der vertikalen LED-Türbeleuchtung Beginn jedes Eingriffs zum Auswechseln der Lampen muss sichergestellt werden, dass die Stromversorgung ausgeschaltet und/oder der Trennschalter an der Versorgungsleitung geöffnet ist. Außerdem erinnern wir daran, dass alle Eingriffe in Bezug auf den technischen Service und die außerordentliche Wartung nur von qualifiziertem, technischem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden dür- fen.

WICHTIGE BEDINGUNGEN FÜR DIE INSTALLATION Klima Die klimatischen Bedingungen am Aufstellungsort der Kühltheke müssen innerhalb der Grenzen der von der Klasse der Theke festgelegten Temperatur liegen; um innerhalb dieser Parameter zu liegen, kann die Instal- lation einer Klimaanlage notwendig sein. Eine solche Klimaanlage müsste auch die Kontrolle der Luftfeuch- tigkeit vorsehen, da eine zu hohe relative Luftfeuchtigkeit dem guten Funktionieren der Kühltheke schadet.

Die Häufigkeit der Reinigung hängt auf jeden Fall von der Art ab, wie die Theke verwendet wird und von den hygienischen Requisiten oder sonstigen besonderen Anforderungen. Die Blockierung des Wasserab- flusses kann eine Störung mit möglichen Schäden an anderen Stellen der Theke verursachen. Es ist da- her empfehlenswert, die Abflüsse regelmäßig von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal reinigen zu lassen.

The frequency of cleaning however depends on how the counter is used and on hygienic require- ments or other particular reasons. Blockage of the water drain can cause a failure which could possi- bly damage other parts of the counter. Therefore qualified technical personnel should clean the drains periodically.
