PART II: Observing the Sun 2.1 Installation 2.1.1 The main parts of Heliostar 76α are as shown below: 2.5mm Allen key 5mm Allen key 70°Wide Angle Solar zenith prism Smart phone adapter 20mm eyepiece 2.1.2 Attach the dovetail to the saddle and lock the knobs. 2.1.3 Install the zenith prism and eyepiece, then fasten them with knurled screws, and remove the cap (Fig.1).

PART II: Observing the Sun 2.2 Observation procedure 2.2.1 Place the telescope in an open area with sunlight. 2.2.2 Look into the solar guider: You can see the plane projection at the front end. Then, adjust the solar guider by pressing the buttons on the mount until there is no projection in the solar guider (Fig.a) .

PART II: Observing the Sun 2.2.3 Loosen the set screw and rotate the focusing knob to fast focusing (Fig.3). Fig.3 2.2.4 Fine-tune the adjusting bolt left and right until the prominence in the eyepiece is nearly sharp (Fig.4). Fig.4 NOTE: The Heliostar 76α telescope should be placed outside for more than half an hour before every use to ensure that the temperature inside and outside the ETALON house is constant, which will make the observation and shooting effect better.

PART III: Using the parts 3.1 Using the light shield After the telescope is adjusted, take out the light shield from the case and attach it to the tube as shown in Figure 5, then you can start observing the prominance cozily(Fig.5). PART IV: Maintenance The telescope must be stored correctly to ensure proper functionality and longevity. Always place the dust caps onto the telescope when not in use. Cleaning the telescope optics can be done with a lint free cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or aggressive chemicals as these will damage the optical surfaces.

PART V: Safety Instructions Conforms to and meets the Transmission Requirements of ISO 12312-2, Filters for Direct Observation of the Sun The system adopts a variety of ways to effectively eliminate the light that is harmful to human eyes, and is certified by EN ISO 12312-2:2015 "Eye and face protection - Sunglasses and related eye and face products - Part 2: Filters for direct observation of the sun", which does not cause any harm to the human eye and can be used with confidence.

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO WATCH THE SUN IN OTHER MODES, OTHERWISE THE POWERFUL HEAT AND LIGHT OF THE SUN WILL CAUSE PERMANENT AND IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE HUMAN EYES AND THE EQUIPMENT.
