Opis działania Proces wędzenia odbywa się w przestrzeni drewnianej komory, do której dostęp zapewniają drzwiczki z ryglem oraz otwieralny dach z kominkiem i szybrem, zamocowany na zawiasach. Zainstalowana grzałka z termoobiegiem idealnie rozprowadza ciepło w całej przestrzeni drewnianej komory, a to sprawia, że proces wędzenia staje się dużo szybszy i efektywniejszy.

Heating Module, Controller, and Thermocouple Installation Conduct assembly work with a second person, especially when installing the controller module. 1) Remove the Heater Module (shown in the illustration below) from its packaging. 2) Insert the Heater Module into the smokehouse through the open chamber door and run the main cable with the red tip through the rectangular hole in the rear wall of the chamber.
Page 19 4) Screw the Heater Module to the rear wall from the inside of the chamber using the wood screws included in the set (4 pcs. 3.5x20 mm). Use the technological holes and a Phillips screwdriver or a screwdriver with a long bit. 5) Place the controller module mounting template on the side wall of the chamber, in its upper part - so that the holes already drilled in the wall match the holes marked on the template.

Page 25 5. Operation The smoking process occurs inside the wooden chamber, accessible via a door with a latch and a roof with a chimney and damper. The installed heating element with convection distributes heat evenly, speeding up and improving the smoking process. The innovative smoke generator enhances the smoking experience with wooden chips. The smoker’s operation is monitored by a microprocessor controller with a thermostat, which disconnects power if the temperature exceeds 110°C.

Installation von Reglermodulen, Heizung, Thermoelement und Thermoelement Wir empfehlen, die Montagearbeiten (insbesondere beim Zusammenbau des Reglermoduls) mit Hilfe einer weiteren Person durchführen zu lassen. 1) Nehmen Sie das Heizmodul (siehe unten) aus der Verpackung. 2) Führen Sie das Heizmodul durch die geöffnete Kammertür in die Räucherkammer ein und führen Sie das Hauptkabel mit der roten Spitze durch das rechteckige Loch in der Rückwand der Kammer.
