- Page 6 How to Assemble 1. Opening the Main Frame Take out the trailer's main frame and all other components from the carton. Raise all side frames to an upright position (Figure 1). Figure 1 Insert the safety pins (Figure 2) at the bottom of both side panels. Make sure that safety pins are properly locked in place as shown (Figure 3).
