For your convenience, the compact inversion stretcher has been partially assembled.
Position 1
Place the compact inversion back stretcher on a level floor. Sit down in front of the stretcher with your knees bent. Then use your hands to grip the support frames.
Position 2
Lean your body weight into the backrest and allow your torso to be lifted as shown in the drawing.
Position 3
Continue leaning back until you are partially inverted. Hold this position for 1 - 5 minutes to enjoy a tension releasing stretch. Then lower your hips to return to position 1. We recommend holding the stretch for 1 minute to begin with and then increasing the time, not to exceed 5 minutes, as you feel more comfortable. Always listen to your own body and do what feels most comfortable to you!
