You will need the parts identified on page 4 and 5 of this instruction manuals. NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.

  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions ② x 16 DO NOT fully tighten the bolts or screws initially until all the bolts or screws are ready to assemble. To avoid causing damages to the thread, DO NOT over-tighten the bolts or screws. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.

  • Page 8 Assembly Instructions ③ x 12 4. Glue Wood Dowels (3) into the inner holes on the Panels (E, F and G) at both ends. Make sure that you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels. NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels and wipe off the excess glue immediately with a damp cloth.

  • Page 10 Assembly Instructions ① x 2 The door stopper will face the bottom panel. The cam locks face inward. 6. Orient and position the Upper Front Stretcher (C) so that the cam bolts installed on the front moldings of both Side Panels (E and G) enter the end holes. 7.
  • Page 11 Assembly Instructions ① x 8 8. Align and attach the Top Panel (A) to both Side Panels (E and G) and the Upper Front Stretcher (C) by engaging eight Cam Locks (1). Turn the Cam Locks (1) with a Phillips screwdriver until securely locked onto the cam bolts.
  • Page 12 Assembly Instructions The cam lock housing face right side panel ① x 2 9. Orient and attach the Partition Panel (F) to the middle rail of Top Panel (A) by engaging two Cam Locks (1). Turn the Cam Locks (1) with a Phillips screwdriver until securely locked onto the cam bolts.
  • Page 13 Assembly Instructions The door stoppers face inward. ⑤ x 4 10. Using the inserted wood dowels as a guide, press and fasten the Lower Front Stretcher (D) onto the Bottom Panel (B) with four 45mm Pan Head Screws (5). Securely tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 14 Assembly Instructions ① x 6 11. Align and attach the Bottom Panel (B) to both Side Panels (E and G) and the Partition Panel (F) by engaging six Cam Locks (1). Turn the Cam Locks (1) with a Phillips screwdriver until securely locked onto the cam bolts.

  • Page 16 Assembly Instructions Remove the cap 15. Remove the plastic cap from the hanger bolt of each Bun Foot (L). Securely screw the Bun Feet (L) onto the threaded inserts on the Bottom Panel (B). Set the pre-attached floor levelers to the correct height.
  • Page 17 Assembly Instructions ⑧ x 8 16. Ask for assistance to lift the assembled unit upright and position it near the final location. 17. Completely tilt one Adjustable Shelf (J) into one compartment as shown, then hold it horizontally to the upper portion of the compartment.

Pick up one Right Door (I) and attach the installed Hinge Bases (M) to the Right Side Panel (G), using the pilot holes as a guide. Turn four 15 mm Nickel Screws (6) a few turns through the CENTERS of the oval holes in the hinges.
