Insert two 32 mm Bolts (2) with Lock Washers (3) and Flat Washers (4) through the mounting holes on the bottom rail and screw into the Bottom Shelf (C).

Using the inserted Wood Dowels as a guide, align and attach the assembled Side Frames (D and E) to the Top Panel (A) with four 32 mm Bolts (2), four Lock Washers (3) and four Flat Washers (4).
