- Page 18 ADJUSTING THE TEMPERATURE IN THE APPLIANCE • The factory default setting is the recommended temperature of 5 °C. At this setting; the temperature in the freezer compartment will be around –18 °C. • After the appliance is switched on, it may take several hours for the set temperature to be reached.

If the amount of food to be frozen exceeds the indicated amount, the quality of freezing will be inferior; in addition, the quality of the food already frozen will deteriorate.
