Helps control the stepper motor of the attached rotary axis.
Works with your software to control the laser.
Draws 0.5A to convert standard electricity to 5V, 3A power for the
mainboard.
Draws 6.8 A to convert standard electricity to 24 V, 14.6 A power for
the fiber laser source.
Draws 2.5 A to convert standard electricity to 15 V, 2 A power for the
scanning galvo lens.
Protects the sensitive electronics in the mainboard from interference
from the power supply.
Forms a safety dual circuit with the safety relay by making and
breaking electrical connections between the laser and the laser
power supply.
Disables the scan head instantly following a blackout, when the door
of the protective cover is opened, which triggers the interlocks, and
when the emergency stop is pressed. To resume normal operation,
close the door of the protective cover, resume power or release
the emergency stop, press the reset button, and resume operation
following the normal operational sequence.
Creates the laser beam and transfers it to the fiber optic pathway to
the scanning lens.
