- Page 4 PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Estimated Installation Time: 45 minutes (24 hours for silicone caulk to dry). Take out the top (B) and backsplash (C) according to the steps indicated by the drawings on the right, and place them face down onto a scratch free surface such as a Foam sheet foam sheet that came in the packaging. - Page 6 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 4. Screw bolts (MM) into the threaded holes of stone top (B). Hardware Used Bolt 5. Lower the sink brackets (NN) over the bolts (MM) and allow to rest on the sink lip. Adjust location of bracket to firmly grasp sink lip. Lower lock washers (PP) over bolts (MM) and secure with nuts (OO).
- Page 7 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Note: A t this stage it may be easier to install the faucet and drain kit (not included) to top (B) per the manufacturer’s instructions, before moving on to Step 6. 6. Apply stain free silicone caulk (not included) to the top edge of vanity (A).
- Page 8 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 8. Insert shelf pins (BB) at desired height, ensuring they are level. Place upper shelf (E) on top of shelf pins (BB). Repeat for the lower shelf (F). Hardware Used Shelf Pin 9. Place the Holster panel (L) onto the drawer (as shown on Step 9), pls make sure it sits firmly on the it's correct location.
- Page 9 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 10. Place the large holster (CC), medium holster (DD) and small holster (EE) into the holes on the holster panel (L). you can put your appliances in these holsters. Note: The holsters and the holster panels can be removed if it's not desired, the drawer can perform as a regular drawer.
- Page 10 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 12. As shown in the diagram, fully extend the drawer and locate the plastic levers on the metal glide tracks. Push the left-side and right-side levers at the same time to disengage the drawer from the drawer glides. Gently lift the drawer up to remove it from vanity (A).
- Page 11 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 14. There is a drawer cover pre-built inside of the top drawer, it can be slide in or out when needed for the purpose of temporary station area. 15. Gently open the top tip-out door and remove the wood tray by lifting/sliding up (per the diagram).
- Page 12 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 16. Re-hang the wood tray back inside of the top tip-out door. Assembly is now complete. Install desired faucet and drain assemblies (neither included) per the manufacturers’ instructions to complete the installation.
