  • Page 17 Instrucciones de ensamble y manual del usuario Paso 7 H7 x 6 Los agujeros avellanados apuntan hacia afuera. a) Usando los agujeros como guía, alinee y conecte un soporte de barandal (O) para el centro de los barandales largos (M) y riel lateral superior (K) mediante el uso de tres pijas de 30 mm (H7) a través de los agujeros avellanados y fije en su lugar.
  • Page 18 Instrucciones de ensamble y manual del usuario Paso 8 H3 x 8 H5 x 4 a) Coloque una barandilla (I) sobre una superficie plana y protegida con los orificios hacia arriba. b) Inserte dos taquetes de 50 mm de madera (H5) en los orificios grandes del conjunto de la cruz inferior (G) y adjuntarlo a la tapa de riel (I) utilizando cuatro tornillos de 48 mm (H3).

Alinear y colocar un poste de la cabecera de la cama (A y B) a la conjunto de la cruz inferior (G) con cuatro tornillos de 100 mm (H4).

Cerciorarse que las ranuras de la tuercas barril apuntan hacia afuera, y los agujeros roscados apuntan hacia la entrada del tornillo en los rieles. Las tuercas barril quedan en el interior.
  • Page 21 Instrucciones de ensamble y manual del usuario Paso 11 H8 x 14 Los agujeros avellanados apuntan hacia arriba. a) Coloque los soportes para colchón (Q) sobre los rieles de los costados de la cama (P). Asegúrese de que las molduras esquinan estén cerca de los postes. Inserte y fije las pijas de 35 mm (H8) en los agujeros avellanados en cada soporte.

NOTA: Asegurar que la litera superior esté puesta completamente arriba de la litera inferior y de las conectores de cama, sin dejar espacios.
  • Page 24 Instrucciones de ensamble y manual del usuario Paso 14 H3 x 10 H5 x 10 a) Insertar 2 taquetes de madera de 50 mm (H5) en los agujeros grandes de cada escalón (T) en ambos lados. b) Adjuntar los soportes izquierdo y derecho de la escalera (R y S) a los escalones (T) usando los tornillos de 48 mm (H3).
  • Page 25 Instrucciones de ensamble y manual del usuario Paso 15 H6 x 2 a) Enganchar la escalera sobre la parte superior del riel lateral de la escalera (J), entre el poste frontal de la piecera superior (E) y el poste frontal del riel de seguridad (N) en la abertura provista. Asegurar los ganchos de la escalera en su lugar usando 2 pijas de 19 mm (H6).

En este caso, adjuntar 4 resbalones de piso (H11) en la parte inferior de los postes superiores (C, D y E). Los rieles de seguridad no son necesarios. H11 x 4 a) Para convertir la litera de vuelta en dos camas Individuales idénticas, primero desatornillar los tornillos y pernos para retirar la escalera y los rieles de seguridad.

Do not fully tighten the bolts until all rails and guardrails are attached. a) Unpack the units and confirm that you have all hardware and required parts.

Attach the Upper Headboard Posts (C and D) to the Upper Cross Assembly (F) with four 100 mm Tapping Bolts (H4) as shown.

  • Page 42 Assembly Instructions & User’s Manual Step 4 H8 x 14 The countersunk holes face upward. a) Lay out the Upper Mattress Support Slats (Q) between the wood stoppers on the Ladder Side Rail (J) and the Upper Mattress Side Rail (K). Insert and screw 35 mm Screws (H8) into the countersunk holes on each slat. Tighten the screws using a Phillips screwdriver.

Attach two Short Guardrails (L) between the Upper Headboard Front Post (C) and Front Guardrail Post (N) with four 100 mm Tapping Bolts (H4).
  • Page 44 Assembly Instructions & User’s Manual Step 6 H1 x 2 a) Fasten the Front Guardrail Post (N) to the Ladder Side Rail (J) with two 38 mm Bolts (H1), using the enclosed hex wrench.

  • Page 46 Assembly Instructions & User’s Manual Step 8 H3 x 8 H5 x 4 a) Locate one Cap Rail (I) on a level and protected surface with the holes facing up. b) Insert two 50 mm Wood Dowels (H5) into the large holes of the Lower Cross Assembly (G) and attach it to the Cap Rail (I) using four 48 mm Tapping Bolts (H3).

Attach the Lower Headboard Posts (A and B) to the Lower Cross Assembly (G) with four 100 mm Tapping Bolts (H4) as shown. Tighten the bolts with the enclosed hex wrench.

Make sure that the end slats located close to the Lower Posts. Insert and screw the 35 mm Screws (H8) into the countersunk holes on each slat.
  • Page 50 Assembly Instructions & User’s Manual Step 12 H9 x 4 a) Now, place the lower bunk in the desired location in the room where the bunk bed will sit. b) Insert four Bed Connector Pins (H9) into the Lower Posts (A and B) and the Lower Cap Rails (I).
  • Page 51 Assembly Instructions & User’s Manual Step 13 a) Ask for assistance to stack the Upper Posts (C, D and E) onto the Bed Connector Pins (H9) on the Lower Posts (A and B) and the Lower Cap Rails (I). NOTE: Make sure that the upper bunk sits completely on the top of the lower bunk and the connector pins, not leaving any gaps.
  • Page 52 Assembly Instructions & User’s Manual Step 14 H3 x 10 H5 x 10 a) Insert two 50 mm Wood Dowels (H5) into the large holes of each Ladder Steps (T) at both ends. b) Attach Left and Right Ladder Supports (R and S) to the Ladder Steps (T) using the 48 mm Tapping Bolts (H3). Securely tighten all bolts with the enclosed hex wrench.
  • Page 53 Assembly Instructions & User’s Manual Step 15 H6 x 2 a) Hook the Ladder securely over the top of the Ladder Side Rail (J), between the Upper Footboard Front Post (E) and the Front Guardrail Post (N) in the opening provided. Secure the Ladder Hooks in place by using two 19 mm Screws (H6).
  • Page 54 Assembly Instructions & User’s Manual DISASSEMBLING THE BUNK BED NOTE: The Bunk Bed can be separated into two identical Twin Beds. In this case, attach four Floor Protectors (H11) onto the bottom of the Upper Posts (C, D and E). Guardrails are not necessary. H11 x 4 a) To convert the bunk bed back into two identical twin beds, first unscrew the screws and bolts to remove the Ladder and all Guardrails.
