Align and attach the Swiveling Bracket (E) to the top of the Spine Assembly (D) with six 5/8” Bolts (2) and six Washers (5 and 6). Make sure the pivoting bolt head is up. Tighten the bolts with the enclosed 4 mm hex wrench.

Tighten until lock bolt hits the underside of the mounting frame. 21. The Monitor Brackets (GL/GR) can tilt up to 11˚ downward and 5˚ upward, depending on your optimum viewing position.
