Description:
The 3A transformer is a 3 Amp 230V ac switch mode power supply for use with 24V dc actuators.
The transformer is attached to a blank double pattress cover plate. The product is to be fitted
into a compatible double pattress box, with minimum depth of 35 mm.
The output polarity from the transformer is dependent on which switched Live input is being supplied
with power:
- Live 1 input energised produces positive 24V dc on 24V A connection with 0 V on the 24V B connection.
- Live 2 input energised produces positive 24V dc on 24V B connection and 0 V on the 24V A connection.
The transformer contains thermal protection for extended excess loads, which will engage output power
limiting and eventual shutdown when prolonged over temperature conditions occur. Output will be
restored once temperature has recovered to normal operating temperatures.
