Inserting/Replacing The Battery; Microphone Care - AKG C 1000 S - PPC 1000 & PB 1000 User Instructions

Inserting/Replacing the Battery:

1. Unscrew and remove front tube.
2. Tilt securing clip up.
3. Insert battery in accordance with polarity marks (+/–) and terminal
slots in the barrery compartment. It is impossible to insert the battery
with reversed polarity.
Depress securing clip, push battery compartment back in, and screw
front tube back on.

Microphone Care:

In order to protect your microphones from dirt and damage, store and
transport them in their original packages or in a specialized microphone
case.
To clean the enameled shaft, use a cloth moistened with water, or
diluted alcohol if the shaft is badly soiled. To clean the integrated foam
windscreen, unscrew the front tube. Remove and wash the windscreen
in a soap solution.
