ABOUT THE NEOM WELLBEING POD MINI

The NEOM Wellbeing Pod Mini provides a revolutionary way to fragrance your surroundings on the go. Using cold diffusion technology, essential oils are converted into micro fine vapour without using heat or water and released into the atmosphere to stimulate your senses and boost your wellbeing.

SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Press the button at the bottom of your pod firmly with your finger to eject the nozzle.
   
2. Remove the dropper insert from the NEOM Essential Oil Blend bottle using the essential oil opener tool provided. Take the nozzle out of the machine and fasten it to the NEOM Essential Oil Blend bottle.
   
3. Align the nozzle and essential oil blend bottle to the indicator on the top of the pod.
   
4. Press the nozzle and bottle into the machine until it sits flush with the top of the pod.

CHARGING

1. Connect the USB cable to the interface.
2. You can charge the product by using a mobile power bank, car charger or power outlet.
3. When charging, the LED light on the display panel will flash. When the diffuser is fully charged, the light will turn solid blue.
4. The diffuser can be used for up to 50 hours fully charged.
5. Charging time: 2–3 hours. First charge should be 6 hours.

CHARGING PRECAUTIONS

Use a charge output voltage of DC 5V. Please use a USB charger from a branded manufacturer. A computer, mobile charger or car charger with a USB interface is suitable for charging.

MAINTENANCE

1. Disconnect from power source.
2. Remove the nozzle.
3. Fill the bottle with 2/3 alcohol and run the diffuser for 1 hour.
4. Clean the nozzle with a soft cloth and allow to dry.
5. Always keep your Wellbeing Pod Mini clean and dry when not in use. Never leave stagnant oil inside the bottle for prolonged periods.

TROUBLESHOOTING

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR USE

1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. The device should only be used with the recommended diffusing agents. The use of other substances may result in a toxic or fire hazard. This device must only be operated at the safety extra-low voltage corresponding to the marking on the device (5V). This device contains a battery that cannot be replaced.
2. Place the pod on a flat surface. Do not overturn or leave the pod on its side whilst the oils are inside. This will cause permanent damage.
3. Whilst using your pod in the car we do not recommend using any of our sleep range essential oil blends which are designed to help with rest and relaxation. Please concentrate fully whilst driving. Only operate the pod or change essential oil blends whilst the car is stationary.
4. Power off when changing essential oil blends or cleaning.
5. Do not use in extreme temperatures (less than 10°C or more than 40°C).
6. The pod must be kept out of reach of children and pets to avoid risk of injury. Children should be supervised at all times.
7. Repeated charging and use will result in a decrease in battery efficiency over time, which is normal for rechargeable batteries.
8. Never attempt to disassemble your pod or repair the product, as this will void your warranty and create a shock hazard. Contact your retailer if your pod develops a fault or an internal inspection is required.
9. In case of abnormal observations such as smoke, peculiar smells or noise, stop using the pod immediately and contact the retailer from where you purchased it. Never wrap the pod with cloth or paper as blocking ventilation could increase the risk of fire.
10. Always handle the pod with care – accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.
11. Only use NEOM Essential Oil Blends. Other essential oils have not been tested and if used with this pod, may invalidate your warranty.
12. Always plug the USB cable into the pod before plugging into the power source.
13. Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids and do not attempt to clean in a dishwasher.
14. Please remove the nozzle and essential oil blend bottle if not in use for long periods of time.
15. Unit switches itself off automatically after two hours diffusing. It can be switched on again for continued use.
16. Replace your filled essential oil bottle with the empty bottle before taking with you when travelling. A filled essential oil bottle left inside the diffuser could leak when not upright.
17. Always place your pod on a protective surface in case of leakage.
