Creating a Mailbox
1 Press Menu until Admin Setup appears on the bottom line of the
display and press OK.
2 Press the Scroll buttons until Mailbox Setup appears and press
OK.
3 Press the Scroll buttons until Create displays on the bottom line
and then press OK.
4 Enter a box number and then press OK.
The number of mail box you can make is 20.
5 Enter a name and then press OK.
6 Enter password.
Deleting the Mailbox
1 Press Menu until Admin Setup appears on the bottom line of the
display and press OK.
2 Press the Scroll buttons until Mailbox Setup appears and press
OK.
3 Press the Scroll buttons until Delete displays on the bottom line
and then press OK.
4 Enter the box number you want to delete and the press OK.
5 Enter password.
