Installation a. Position the wall-mounting template closely against the wall, aligning it with the wire’s location . b. Use a 6mm hand drill to drill four screw holes with a depth of 25mm . Insert four plastic wall anchors into the holes . Fix the wall-mounting bracket to the wall by tightening four ST4x20 Phillips Head screws to the plastic wall anchors . - Page 7 Installation a. Connect the wires to the corresponding interface (for details, refer to“ Wiring Interface”) . b. Tighten the wiring cover with four M3x4 crosshead screws . Wi-Fi Configuration 1. Power the device on with the 12V/1A power supply, and wait until the device Call button light turns RED flashing light and an audible tone is heard. Power Input Red in Relay Color Output 2. Press the Tamper-proof button three times to enter the Wi-Fi scanning mode, indicated by the BLUE flashing light. - Page 12 6. Nice doorbell isn't ringing. It rang yesterday. I hit the decline all button. Is there some sort of reset needed?
To reset the Nice EL-DB-WP doorbell, follow these steps:
1. Long press the Call button for 3 seconds to enter Network Configuration mode.
2. The device will enable a hotspot connection named “NiceDB-xxxx” (where xxxx is the last four digits of its MAC address).
3. Connect your mobile phone to this Wi-Fi network.
4. Complete the device network configuration via your mobile phone.
If the issue persists, power off the device and contact Nice Technical Support.
