Nice doorbell isn't ringing. It rang yesterday. I hit the decline all button. Is there some sort of reset needed?

To reset the Nice EL-DB-WP doorbell, follow these steps:
1. Long press the Call button for 3 seconds to enter Network Configuration mode. 2. The device will enable a hotspot connection named “NiceDB-xxxx” (where xxxx is the last four digits of its MAC address). 3. Connect your mobile phone to this Wi-Fi network. 4. Complete the device network configuration via your mobile phone.
If the issue persists, power off the device and contact Nice Technical Support.
